1. How do I register on Tijjori?

  • Enter your UAE mobile number (must start with 5 and be 9 digits long).
  • Complete OTP verification (valid for 5 minutes).
  • (Optional) Add and verify your email address.
  • Choose a 6-digit PIN (not sequential or repetitive).
  • Upload your Emirates ID (front and back).
  • Add a delivery address and UAE bank account for withdrawals.


2. Can I skip email verification?
Yes, but we recommend verifying it to receive receipts, alerts, and support updates.


3. What is the referral code for?

If someone referred you, you can enter their mobile number. When you make your first purchase. They may receive a reward capped at certain AED value.


4. Why do I need to provide my Emirates ID?
As per UAE regulations, Emirates ID verification is necessary to confirm your identity before using financial services.


5. How can I upload my ID?

You can either:

  • Upload a clear .jpg, .png, or PDF file (up to 50MB per file).
    The app will help guide you through a proper scan.

You can pay through:

    • Agent network
    • Saved or new Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards
    • Linked Bank Account (Net Banking) 


10. What happens after I pay?
Your investment is instantly credited to your digital Tijjori and the Dashboard get updated with your new balance.


11. Will I receive proof of purchase?
Yes. You’ll get a confirmation receipt via email and can also download it as a PDF.


12. Can I track live price trends?
Yes. The dashboard shows:

    • Historical price charts for Gold, Silver, and Diamonds
    • Fluctuations across timeframes (monthly, yearly, etc.)
    • Auto-refreshed live prices
    • Interactive graphs and charts for better insights



13. Why do I need to provide my Emirates ID?
As per UAE regulations, Emirates ID verification is necessary to confirm your identity before using financial services.


14. How does the referral program work?

      • Add a new payout account for the transfer.


20. Do I get to review before confirming?
Yes. A confirmation page will show:

      • Sale details
      • Total transfer amount

You must validate before the transaction is processed.


21. How fast do I get my money?
Funds are transferred directly to your chosen bank account, and your Dashboard updates instantly.


22. Will I receive proof of sale?
